Conditions d’utilisation

These Terms of Service apply when you use musiciansdice.fun or place an order with us.

We’ve tried to keep them clear and straightforward. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@musiciansdice.fun.

About us

This website is operated by Musician’s Dice Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”).

When you purchase a product through musiciansdice.fun, your contract is with Musician’s Dice Limited.

Our company registration details and registered office address are shown at the end of these Terms and elsewhere on our website.

Using our website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about, browse and purchase Musician’s Dice products.

Please do not use the website in a way that could damage, disrupt or interfere with the site, its security, or another person’s use of it.

We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website from time to time.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and there may occasionally be small differences between product photography and the current version of a product or its packaging.

We may improve or update products, packaging or included materials from time to time, provided this does not materially change the product you have ordered.

Prices

Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time.

The price that applies to your order will be the price shown when you place it.

Delivery charges and any other charges collected by us will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, local import VAT, customs duties or carrier charges may also apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

We’ll send you an order confirmation using the contact details you provide.

We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so — for example, if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we’ll refund the amount paid.

Payment

Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the relevant payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Delivery

We ship to the destinations shown as available at checkout.

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown where applicable before you complete your order.

Please see our Shipping Policy for full information about dispatch, international orders, customs and delivery.

Changing your mind, returns and refunds

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel an online order after receiving it.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel an order, return a product and request a refund.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or incorrectly described products

Products we supply must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

If something you receive is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet those requirements, please contact us at hello@musiciansdice.fun.

We’ll work with you to put things right in accordance with your legal rights.

Musician’s Dice content and intellectual property

The Musician’s Dice name, branding, product designs, dice designs, written material, graphics, photographs, videos and other original content on this website are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Musician’s Dice Limited.

You’re welcome to view and share links to our website for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Please do not reproduce, manufacture, commercially exploit, republish or distribute our original product designs or website content without permission.

Nothing here prevents the normal personal use of a Musician’s Dice product after you have purchased it.

Third-party content and links

Our website may contain links to or content from third parties, including partners and video-hosting services.

These third-party websites and services operate independently of us and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit any responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

If you use our products or website for business purposes, different legal rights and responsibilities may apply.

Privacy

We take the handling of personal information seriously.

Please see our Privacy Policy for information about what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how it is used.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when our products, services or legal requirements change.

The Terms applying to an order will be those in force when that order is placed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which Musician’s Dice Limited is registered, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have under the laws applying to you as a consumer.

If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country which these Terms do not override.
